The free scan
Serve Scan analyses your video on your own phone or computer. Your video is not uploaded for the free scan. The score is an automatic estimate from body tracking: it depends on the camera angle, light and video quality, and it is not medical advice or a substitute for a coach watching you play.
What you can buy

Credits and special prices
- What you paid for a Coach’s Eye or a Quick Plan counts in full toward a Quick Plan or a Serve Analysis bought with the same email within 30 days. Each payment can be used as credit once.
- Serve Blueprint owners can buy the Serve Analysis for $79 with the email they bought the Blueprint with.
Delivery
Reviews and plans arrive by email at the address you give when you order. Delivery times count from when your payment and your video have both arrived. Film your serve side-on with your whole body in frame. If Pavel can’t judge your serve from the video, he asks you for a new one, and if that isn’t possible he refunds you in full.
Cancellations and refunds: online reviews and plans
- Before Pavel starts: email pavel@vikstennis.com and you get a full refund.
- Once Pavel has started your review or plan, it can’t be cancelled for a refund.
- If Pavel can’t deliver what you paid for, you get a full refund.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days. When you order, you ask Pavel to start right away. That right then ends once your review or plan has been delivered, and if you withdraw after he has started, you pay for the work already done.
Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
Cancellations and refunds: Barcelona sessions
- Pavel messages you within 24 hours of payment to book your first session.
- To move a session, tell Pavel at least 24 hours before it starts. With less notice, the session counts as used.
- If Pavel cancels or the court can’t be used because of the weather, the session is moved at no cost to you.
- Your sessions are valid for 12 months from payment. Within those 12 months, you can ask for a refund of any sessions you haven’t used.
Your videos
Videos you send with an order are used to deliver your review or plan, and Pavel may refer to them in follow-ups. They are used to improve Serve Scan only if you tick that box when you order. We don’t sell or share your videos. See the privacy policy for how personal data is handled.
Training safely
Drills and exercises are general coaching advice. Warm up, build up gradually, and stop if something hurts. If you have an injury or a health condition, check with a doctor or physiotherapist before you start.
The legal part
These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, except where the law doesn’t allow such a limit. If something goes wrong, email Pavel first; most things are sorted out quickly. EU consumers can also use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform.
We may update these terms. The version shown when you ordered applies to your order.
